These terms govern your use of the Syara Health website and services operated by Syara Health Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Our Service

Syara Health provides at-home blood testing kits, laboratory analysis through UKAS-accredited partner labs, and AI-powered wellness insights via our HealthOS platform.

Our service is not a medical service. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not replace your GP or any qualified healthcare professional.

Blood test results and any insights generated by our platform are for general wellness information only. They are intended to help you understand your health and have more informed conversations with your healthcare provider.

2. When to Seek Medical Advice

You should consult your GP or seek medical attention if:

  • Any of your results are outside the normal range and you are concerned
  • You experience symptoms that worry you
  • You are considering changes to your medication, diet, or supplement routine based on your results
  • You are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a pre-existing medical condition

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 999 or go to your nearest A&E immediately.

3. AI-Generated Insights

HealthOS uses artificial intelligence to generate wellness suggestions including nutrition, supplement, and lifestyle guidance based on your blood test results.

These insights are:

  • General wellness suggestions, not personalised medical advice
  • Based on your blood test results and the information you provide to us
  • Not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of AI-generated insights to your individual circumstances. Always consult your GP before acting on any suggestion, particularly regarding supplements or dietary changes.

4. Supplement Mentions

Where our platform mentions or suggests supplements based on your biomarker results:

  • Supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet or medical treatment
  • Always consult your GP before starting any supplement
  • We do not sell supplements and have no financial relationship with supplement manufacturers

5. Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals aged 18 and over who are resident in the United Kingdom. By using our service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

6. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We accept your order when we dispatch the testing kit. All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.

7. Testing Process

  • You are responsible for following the sample collection instructions provided with your kit
  • Samples must be returned within the timeframe specified in your kit instructions
  • Results are typically available within 2–5 working days of the lab receiving your sample
  • Occasionally, a sample may be insufficient or unsuitable for testing. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange a replacement kit at no additional cost

8. Results & Critical Values

Your results are presented through our platform with contextual information to help you understand them. Where a result falls significantly outside normal ranges (a “critical value”), we may flag this prominently and recommend that you speak to your GP as soon as possible.

We reserve the right to include urgent advisory language alongside results that may indicate a condition requiring prompt medical attention.

9. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not share your account with others. You can delete your account at any time through your profile settings, subject to the data retention periods described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform, including text, graphics, software, and AI-generated insights, is owned by or licensed to Syara Health Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission, except for personal use of your own health data and results.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any medical decisions you make based on your results or AI-generated insights
  • We are not liable for any adverse effects arising from supplements, dietary changes, or lifestyle modifications suggested by our platform
  • Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel an order before your kit has been dispatched for a full refund. Once dispatched, you have 14 days from receipt to return an unused, unopened kit for a refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Refunds are not available once a sample has been submitted to the lab.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
